Finding Forward Therapy provides psychological services to adults and couples from our convenient location in Dupont Circle. We help people who may be experiencing overwhelming emotions or concerning behaviors develop stronger coping skills so that they feel better equipped to deal with life stressors and challenges.

Our approach is collaborative – working with individuals and couples to explore the foundation of struggles, identify patterns that may not be helping, and develop practical strategies based on established methodologies tailored to your unique needs. We aim to help you feel understood, and to set goals to improve your wellbeing.

Finding the right therapist for you is important. We invite you to explore our site to learn more, or to contact us at findingforwardtherapy@gmail.com or 646.872.4225 for a complimentary [15-minute] phone consultation to discuss your goals and see if we may be a good fit.
